Please remember that if you allow someone in the building, you are responsible for that individual’s access to areas of the building. Do not buzz someone in and allow them to wonder through the building un-escorted. Doing so will make it very difficult to pass security audits and could potentially increase our liability.
At any time, if it is necessary to allow maintenance personnel access to the building, please notify the UC department (djanney@boroughs.org), the accounting department (svoulgaris@boroughs.org), and the MRT department (lcosta@boroughs.org). Although it is a good practice to keep all secure areas locked at all times, it is critical that those areas be secured, and remain secured, during any maintenance periods where outside vendors are permitted un-escorted access to the building.
