Update Exhibit Floor-plan

First go to the exhibit itself and select the Showcase tab.

Next click on the edit pencil in the top right of the page to edit the description. Once you have the Edit event modal open, click on the Display tab.

Then, scroll down to the Additional information section and click on the image icon.

Once the Image Manager modal opens, navigate to the ~/images/psab folder by click on the psab folder in the left sidebar.

Once in the folder, click on the + Upload button at the top, and in the Upload modal, Select and Upload your image.

Once uploaded, you can then click on the Insert button to add it to the description automatically.

Once it has been inserted, click on the </>HTML button at the bottom to switch to HTML mode. Then change the style to make it fit on the screen properly: style="" to style="max-width: 1000px;width: 100%;"

Click on Save & Exit to save your changes.

Reset Boroughs Council Association

This is used to reset the members who are part of the Boroughs Council Association (BCA). Each year members may leave, join, etc. So each year it is reset and members will be added as they are registered again moving forward.

TODO AnnualSQL_1 task, run this every year to reset BCA counts

Reset New Official

This is used to reset the members who are listed as Newly Elected Municipal Officials (NEMO). THey aren’t new if they have been around for a year, so this reset members much like the BCA task above.

TODO AnnualSQL_2 task, run this every year to reset Newly elected officials count

Reset PA Magazine Subscriptions

This is used to track the current non-standard subscription model used at PSAB. PA_Mag is used to track who currently has a subscription in the current/previous calendar year. PA_Mag_06 is used to track any new members added after the start of the new calendar year but before billing ends. Once billing is processed around April, PA_Mag is reset. But in order to not lose any of the newly subscribed folks, PA_Mag_06 is migrated to PA_Mag and PA_Mag_06 is reset as well, but in that order.

The reason this is non-standard is because any other company would track a subscription either by individuals OR by company in bulk. But PSAB caters to handling both, which makes it difficult to track. So a borough may subscribe for 10 copies but have them all shipped to individuals addresses, and an individual non-member may sign up and receive them directly as well. This makes handling the subscriptions a very manually run affair as we have to ask the boroughs who is to receive each copy and it resets each year.

  1. Log into CSI iDMS Dashboard
  2. Click on iSchedule in the left sidebar
  1. Click on “Run Task Now” (the orange play button in the far right column) for PAMagazine_yearlyTask2
  1. You will be taken to a screen to Validate Task Import, the last step before processing the data. Review the screen and if things look good, click on Continue with Update at the bottom.
  2. TODO FINISH, there is currently an error with the tasks
  3. Do the same thing for the PAMagazine_yearlyTask3 next

Reset Who’s Who Subscription Balance

This task is used to reset the Who’s Who subscription balance back to 0.

TODO AnnualSQL_3 task (iqa exists, not task), run this every year to set boronews subscription count to 0. This SHOULD be resetting the balance not the count.
